25 September 2016, Greenfield Football Centre, Kick-off: 12pm
In the early kick-off in the SWPL 2, the leaders Glasgow Girls host Buchan as they look to take one step closer to the title.
Since losing to Hearts, Glasgow Girls has bounced back by winning their past three games, scoring twelve and not conceding a goal.
With an inferior goal difference and three points ahead of their title rivals, Glasgow Girls know that they have to most likely take a point to remain in first place.
Buchan travels down to Glasgow looking to build upon their win over Hutchison Vale as they look to close the gap on the top five. The win over Hutchie has virtually guaranteed their place in the SWPL 2 for next season.
The two games between these two sides this season saw Glasgow Girls beat Buchan.
A win for Glasgow Girls will see them remain top, whilst Buchan can’t move from sixth regardless of the result. However, if Buchan wins, they could close the gap to fifth to just four points.
