Millburn Academy 26 June 2016, Kick-Off: 12:30pm
Inverness City host Buchan as they try and end a testing first half of the season with a win.
Inverness clearly haven’t had the first half of the season they would have hoped for, sitting with just one point that they picked up in a goalless draw with Hutchison Vale back in April. And sitting ten points from safety, it is obvious they need to pick up results soon if they are to mount a great escape. But, with Buchan sitting in sixth place, they know if they could pull off a win – that would be a huge confidence booster.
Buchan themselves have been struggling for form in recent times, picking up just one point from their past four matches. And last week, they were finally beaten at home for the first time this season – losing 5-1 to Glasgow Girls.
If Inverness win, they could move up to seventh place, whilst a Buchan victory could see them move up to fifth.
