In the other three SWPL 1 matches, Glasgow City beat Aberdeen 1-0, Hibs beat Forfar 3-1 whilst Rangers beat Spartans 3-1.

In the SWPL 2, I’ve yet to hear what the Buchan-Inverness result or Hearts-Queen’s Park were, but Hutchie Vale drew 0-0 with Jeanfield Swifts and

Half-time and it’s Stirling 0-0 Celtic. Stirling had the better of the chances in the early stages but as the half grew, Celtic started to improve and should have taken the lead.

Trickery from Stirling’s Galbraith sees her beat Courtney Whyte and then cut in at the byline, but her cross is caught by Cunningham

19 mins

A bit of a delay as Celtic’s Suzanne Mulvey is fouled, and then requires treatment from the physio. Craig launches the free-kick into the box, but straight to Stirling’s keeper Chloe Logan.

14 mins

Celtic’s Suzanne Mulvey turns and twists through the Stirling midfield, but in the end, her shot is blocked.

10 mins

Celtic have a free-kick on the left. Chloe Craig takes it, but her delivery is cleared by the Stirling defence.

8 mins – Chance!

Stirling could have taken the lead. A long ball sent Nicole Pullar through, she took it past the Celtic keeper Megan Cunningham but her touch is too hard and she could only find the side netting with her shot.

6 mins

Nothing much of note that has happened so far, but Celtic have had the majority of the game in the Stirling half.
