Top and seventh meet at Stirling University but Celtic arrive knowing they will be heavily tested by a strong Stirling side.

Although Stirling has yet to win in all competitions this season, they have picked up several plaudits about how they played. They forced Spartans into extra-time in the League Cup, frustrated Glasgow City in the league and looked like they were going to cause an upset against Rangers.

Celtic go into Sunday’s match in first place, but this is due to playing one more game to the other two sides on six points Spartans and Glasgow City. They won their opening league game with a 4-0 win over Forfar Farmington, but they lost their second match against Glasgow City 1-0.

The single game played between these two sides saw Celtic only just win 3-2.

Celtic look to remain in first place whilst Stirling knows a win could see them move up as high as fourth.
